Anyone who knows our orthodontic office knows that we are more than just braces. We pride ourselves on providing more than amazing smiles, but providing a comfortable FUN experience! Speaking of fun, we are excited to announce our "LIGHTS CAMERA STAR CONTEST" has officially started!

Ever dreamt of your face on the cover of a magazine? Or your bright braces smile being featured as a cover model? Look no further! Our orthodontic office is in search of new faces to be the cover models of our orthodontic practice!

How to Enter:

1. Post your photo submission directly to our facebook page "Chu Crew Orthodontics".

2. Email your photo submission to drgarychu2004@yahoo.com.

3. Drop off your photo submission in person to our office during office hours.

 

Who Can Enter:

ANYONE! Past patients, current patients, people with braces, without braces, patient's family members and even non-patients!
