Spring is here and so is our new orthodontic in office contest!
Our 'My Teacher Rocks' contest is back and it's time to hear how awesome your teacher is!
Here's what you do:
Fill out an entry form, nominating your favorite teacher
Tell us WHY your teacher totally ROCKS
Submit your nomination form in office, by email at: drgarychu2004@yahoo.com, or on our Facebook page @chucreworthodontics
The top 3 nominees will win a PIZZA party for their class and a gift from the Chu Crew to thank them for being an awesome educator!
