COVID-19 Response

Hello Everyone!

We hope you are staying safe and keeping busy during this uncertain time. Though we have closed the office for regular visits, The Chu Crew wants you to know that we are still here for you! Here's how we want to keep in touch with you. 

1. If you have an emergency please call the office! We will be happy to see you for any emergencies and are prepared to do so in a safe manner. We ask that you do not come in if you have any cold or flu symptoms, and that only the patient or the patient and a parent/guardian enter the office. 

2. If you have an emergency and you have cold or flu symptoms or you are unable to come in: Contact the office via phone or email and we will discuss the issue with you. We are developing a video conference system that will allow us to see the issue you're dealing with and talk you through how to fix it. 

3. For those of you that need close monitoring or are missing appointments during this time: We will be happy to see you via video conference to check your appliances and monitor your treatment. If you wish to see Dr. Chu or an assistant over video conference to check in please contact the office. Some of you will be contacted by our office to schedule a virtual appointment if Dr. Chu needs to check in with you. 

4. Tell us what you're up to! We sincerely miss seeing all of your smiling faces in the office and hearing about all of the exciting things you're doing. Share what you've been up to on our Facebook page and spread some positivity! We want to see all the crafts you're doing, the books you're reading, the shows you're watching, and the family time we hope you're having. Keep in touch!

We are here to help! Please know that we are keeping up with all guidelines, recommendations, and regulations from the American Association of Orthodontics and OSHA.
